Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In original condition

- With original tags and packaging intact

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a different item, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. All exchange requests must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note:

- Original shipping fees are non refundable

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will cover return shipping and offer one of the following:

- A replacement

- A full refund

- Store credit

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items marked Final Sale

- Worn, washed, or altered items

- Items returned without original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your order number

- The item you are returning or exchanging

-The reason for the request

Our team will respond with instructions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please review all order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Information

- Shipping fees are non refundable

- PRISON OF MEMORIES is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns
